An event every week that begins at 1:30 pm on Wednesday, repeating until February 8, 2017
Are you or someone you know living with chronic pain? This program is designed for people living with chronic pain for more than 3-6 months. It offers techniques to deal with problems such as frustration, fatigue, isolation and poor sleep, exercises to improve your strength, flexibility, and endurance (and instructions on how to pace yourself between activity and rest), and tips for talking with your family, friends, and health care professionals about pain.
