Lori Deering, PT
Lori graduated from the University of Vermont in 1993 with a degree in Physical Therapy and started to work at Northwestern Medical Center in August of 2001. She worked for Northwestern Occupational Health for 12 of those years as an Industrial Rehabilitation Therapist. In the Rehabilitation Department, Lori is part of the injured worker team and oversees the Work Rehabilitation Program. Lori also works with local companies to provide work station assessments, job coaching following an employee injury, and education for on-site wellness and safety programs.
Outside of work, Lori stays active by walking, biking, snowshoeing, or working in her garden/flowerbeds. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Andy, and two sons, McKinley and Demetrius. Lori also enjoys traveling.
